What with it's controversial stance on social issues, the American fast food chain Chick-fil-A has not always been in sync with the latest consumer trends. However, the brand seems to be embracing transparency to the full, answering this trend by offering instant "behind-the-counter" tours to anyone who wants them. The tours are to be offered at the restaurants' 1,700 locations.
