BMW pulls back from electric vehicles, focusing on fuel efficiancy to reach emission goals

Along with other car-makers, BMW is putting its effort into increased fuel efficiency, rather than electric models in order to meet mileage and emission goals being imposed by governments. Instead of rushing an all-electric car to market, BMW is focusing on making its internal-combustion powertrains as fuel-efficient as possible.
