Harley-Davidson has seen the future, and it is electric
Harley-Davidson is one of the world's most established brands. But that doesn't mean it can rest on its laurels. Harley has seen the future, and it is electric. Long known for producing loud, gasoline guzzling Hogs, the company is transitioning to a new era of transport that is both cleaner and quieter. Known internally as Project LiveWire, the brand's electric bikes are geared to attract a new, younger generation of riders. In short, Harley is in the midst of re-invention, one that is driven by the trend away from fossil fuel and towards technologies that are better for the environment and more sustainable. Might self-driving motorcycles be next?
