More online fashion stores incorporate AI for personalized suggestions
Following in the footsteps of Spring and other online fashion retailers, Net-A-Porter announced that it will soon make available an artificial intelligence tool that will be capable of choosing clothing for consumers based on their likes, dislikes and travel plans. The company’s new robot will be able to personalize the shopping experience for each individual, choosing items based on where the person may be traveling soon and whether they are taking a trip for business or pleasure. A similar AI tool from Net-A-Porter will be able to pick clothes for someone based on other items they have chosen in the past.
