Vegas hotel offers vitamin C infused showers and melatonin lights
The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino's "Stay Well" rooms are designed in partnership with wellness real-estate pioneer Delos, the Cleveland Clinic, and Dr. Deepak Chopra. They feature advanced room lighting that improves guests' internal clocks by assisting in the regulation of melatonin production, wake-up light therapy that increases energy and reverses the effects of jetlag, and LED night lamps. Dawn simulator alarm clocks gradually awakens the body, an air purification system reduces allergens and toxins to create better air quality, and a photo-catalytic coating breaks down bacteria on surfaces. The rooms also include a Vitamin C infused shower that neutralizes chlorine to promote healthy skin and hair, a water filtration system that reduces disinfectant byproducts and pesticides to purify the water, and aromatherapy.
