Pop-up dining trend still going strong, now in Copenhagen airport
When pop-up restaurants started to pop up some years back, no one knew how long these things would last. The fact that they are still around, and that they have expanded into pop-up boutiques, pop-up hotels, and pop-up space travel agencies, points to a still-growing trend that continues to have traction. Everyone likes special events and attending a pop-up is like gaining access to a theater experience on a limited run. The latest pop-up experience is a Michelin-level dining spot called CPH Nordic Dining located in Terminal 2 of Copenhagen airport. The kitchen will feature offerings from some of the country’s best-known chefs. Open until September 30, the restaurant requires you buy a ticket to dine before you go through security.
