Riyadh Ritz-Carlton joins growing trend and opens women-only floor
Women-only floors in hotels have become a trend since 2010 in big cities such as New York, London, Berlin, and Toronto, where security is an issue for solo female travelers.Now, Riyadh’s Four Seasons, a luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia, has turned the 50th floor into a women’s-only floor. The “Pearl Floor” is fitted out with 20 premium rooms and two Four Seasons Executive Suites, in addition to a fully equipped ladies gym, and a special express check-in desk, which is managed by an all-female staff.
