Since Platial kicked off the geolocation revolution way back in 2005, a number of "paradigm-shifting" startups have already come, gone or been sold, including fwix, Loopt, Ditto, Blockboard, Everyblock and others. So what’s next for geolocation?
Seems like new social travel startups are popping up every day now, inclugin BagsUp, Afar, TouristEye, and a gaggle of others. Other geolocation categories include recommendations, citizen journalism, keeping track of your kids, health and fitness, and more.
