Microsoft and Pizza Hut have partnered up to launch an app for Xbox Live that allow gamers to order from the chain's menu without having to get off the sofa. It is so obvious it is surprising it has take so long. Drinks holders have become ubiquitous in automobiles, so why not holders dedicated to other car food like french fries, fast-food burgers and other snacks?
