Fast-casual restaurants embrace trend to go even faster

We are living in the busiest times in the history of humanity. And life will only get faster. Fast-casual chain Buffalo Wild Wings is changing with our times, as evidenced by the debut of a new concept restaurant called B-Dubs Express, opened in Minneapolis. While the food is the same, B-Dubs Express features counter ordering, along with a sauce wall for self-saucing, and taps for self-serve beer and cocktails. After ordering and receiving your wings at the counter, patrons head over to the sauce wall and drizzle, or drench, their wings the sauce of their choosing.
