Grassmilk takes grass-fed beef fad to the next level

Organic Valley, America's largest dairy cooperative, launched an organic grassmilk product line: milk derived from cows fed a 100 percent grass diet. The drink appeals to the same shoppers who seek out items like grass-fed beef, biodynamic wine and similar items. As with beef, sweeter flavor and better animal’s health are among the reasons consumers are willing to pay more for grass-fed products.
