What's after craft beer and craft spirits? Craft water, of course!

Inspired by the trend in craft beer and spirits, a group of California entrepreneurs is producing Beverly Hills 9OH2O, a beverage they are marketing as "sommelier-crafted water." Created from California spring water mixed with natural minerals, the result is said to be silky smooth, incredibly crisp, and have an "exceptionally fresh taste profile with overwhelming appeal across the entire consumer spectrum." And it's packaged in an expensive looking glass bottle. Will craft water really become a thing? It already is.
