Avocado restaurants are the Next Big Thing

An avocado restaurant called Avobar is opening in London's Covent Garden before the end of this year. Avobar’s website teases an all-day operation, saying: “Expect eclectic and wholesome avocado based dishes to eat in or takeaway from our all day menu, breakfast to dinner.” Elsewhere, across platforms, they’re beginning to give a taste of things to come, with intricate Instagrammable arrangements and some serene still lifes.
